I just want to say that the decision to release these brackets was fantastic. Now, no one can complain about rigging, no one can complain about their pools being switched last minute. These are your positions. Prepare for them, or don't either way ATL has done a fantastic job so far with the MK9 tournament.

I have been thinking about not chancing any other characters, so I might just play Reptile unless I run into Sonya then it's probably Noob. I think Noob is ready.

Yeah. I pretty much assume one of them will get tossed in there. But if they are super serious about non pre-regs getting put in at random then maybe not? Haha. Wishful thinking over here.

Are the start times the ones in final round website?

I was under the impression that tournament would be done around 5 pm. Two hours for 2 pools seems like too long.

Im not sure if pools will run as listed but it seems very possible that they could. Each set of two pools is set for a 2 hour time period is what i heard. If the pools finish early then there will be time in between them. But they should follow the schedule as listed.
Pools 1+2 @ 10am
Pools 3+4 @ 12pm
Pools 5+6 @ 2 pm
Pools 7+8 @ 4pm
Then top 8 i guess right after that. 8pm is probably a good estimate of end time if i had to guess.

not sure if this is listed in order, and it shouldn't because they don't make sense

I mean they have better tournament results than all the players in some pools. Seeds 1-8 should be seperated if there are 8 pools. I don't see how noobe and cat couldn't be considered in the top 8 seeds for this tournament. (Not counting wafflez, pl, clint)
