Today's tournament was a success! Wrath, michealangelo, THE_SNKE, Reno_Racks, and I were there. I got 1st, wrath got 2nd, michealangelo got 3rd. Next Sunday is casuals/level up session!

I will definitely start running Injustice tourneys for CFD to see if there is a scene in the Sac area. There was one for MK for a while, but then only 4 people would show. I hope more people give this game a chance.

Awesome! Hopefully Injustice has the same impact on MK9 as Marvel had on SF4. Could we possibly are a revival?? I hope so

Hey everyone. I am letting you all know that I am trying to get something together at a mom and pop game store in Sac. We are going to get a midnight launch tourney with casuals before midnight. I will keep you all informed if I get more info.

The place I was trying to work with will not have their copies for a midnight launch. I will be talking to a Gamestop in Roseville to see if they are interested.

Also, Injustice 1st CFD tourney will be May 4th or 11th! I will make sure there is a pot bonus or prizes

There's also the Elk Grove Gamestop. They held an SFxT tournament (not sure if it was launch). They seem pretty enthusiastic about the fighters there haha

Looks like FChamp is hype for IGAU!!! I hope this brings more hype to our area.

Hey I'm glad to see some activity in this thread! I just wanted to let you guys know that from June 7th-9th Northwest Majors V is taking place! Last year Shujinkydink, Jimmy Potato, Black Mamba, WhatsHerName and Pboardplayer attended with most loving how laid back and chill the Major was.

Hopefully some of you guys can make this especially since 1 or 2 people from up here are looking into NorCal Regionals!

Blind_Man yep! We might have an extra setup, but we could sure use another one! If you could bring one that would be awesome. We may have an extra monitor we can use, but try to bring another one if possible.

What me & my friend have been doing when we go somewhere to play casuals is he brings a monitor (because I don't own an asus) and I bring the console so we'll bring them if we end up going which I'm 99% sure will happen.
