I wish you were correct, I want as much variety as possible.

But Hector saying 24, and 240 star lab missions are two powerful facts that point to ONLY 24.

For casuals: Upbeat audio and the ability to press buttons and make stuff happen. Most likely didn't recognize a tremendous part of the cast.

For tournament play: Well, I think anyone knows that roster size is not a factor in that game's popularity competitively.

I took it as a joke at first, but MvC2 -was- pretty popular on both fronts so I wasn't sure. Shoulda picked something that -didn't- see success

Yep I was one of the guys swearing it was more but it's only 24 BUT technically its 28 at launch sine the 4 DLC come out on the 16th and they're gonna do more DLC. They're basically milking us for everything they can get. I think the original idea was probably do 28 but only 24 were story related so they'll just make the rest DLC I still say we get 32 total

Releasing all four at launch kind of defeats the purpose of a season pass (and is, in fact, completely contradictory to the name). We'd be lucky to get one. It's likely that they're still in development at this moment.

Uhh, off topic here, but who do you see in igau playing like raka? I also main him. And the only similarity I see is with nightwing' Kali sticks. He has an auto combo similar to raka's slices. Otherwise I'm guessing bane might match the aggression I feel with him.

Still I like nearly all the characters involved so im sure it will be fine. I really hope they do more than just 4 dlc characters but I suppose that depends on the success of the game.

Now for the salt: I really wish they picked someone other than KF. I admit this comes from a purely comic fan boy place, but she is just such a nothing character to me. Compared to anyone else on that list she really isnt a big deal. I mean at lesst grundy is fairly well known and has fought most the heroes. Whatever.im sure people are sick of hearing it and she'll prob play fine.

Pretty much how I feel. I wish Swamp Thing would of been in it, other than that I like the roster.

See, this is called a mature and intelligent response. Doesn't care for the character, wanted more characters, doesn't need to like everyone on the roster, but is optimistic and positive and willing to give it a chance.

And i'm sure we'll get more than 4 characters through DLC. Hector made it sound like there would be more.

I deffinately agree, I personally would have preffered Red Hood because I feel like he fits into the Story line a bit more than Killer Frost.

Im not looking for a Baraka clone tbh, but I am playing Bane.

Bane's dash does look like a blade charge esque whiff punisher, and he has no real projectiles so that's the same

I wouldnt worry about finding a Baraka clone, but more a character that fits your playstyle the best.
