Hey guys hope the tournament went well :). If we ever get a day decided for gatherings and someone can host send me a message please, I'm open almost whenver with fair warning so whatever works best for others is good for me.

summer is comin up casuals should be hype.. applez when are you hosting next?... i was at ufgt and saw that i need some practice for the top tier characters... wouldnt mind comin along to the next one

OK guys so did check shoryuken and the new chicago thread seems a lot more friendly and has a better atmosphere. I might be going to Area 13 tonight, but it isn't a sure thing. If so I'll try and meet people more than play. Considering I don't know how begginner friendly Area 13 is.

but its 2 support the place..no big deal..i will b up there on FRIDAY 4 the tourny!!!....let me knowif enyone needs a lift..

can u post the address for area 13? thinkin about goin... my game has been slacking because of no casuals and no online for xbox... practice mode isnt that fun lol.... but uh apples.... you mentioned not stealing ppls stuff be4... is it a huge problem there?

^^^no i been going 4 over 2 years to area 13 n just recently some one new to the scene stoled DEAD13 mvc3.ssf4 copys..soo he kinda banned new ppl but
he is letting new ppl in as long as they r respectfull...

$5 ENTRY FEE FOR GAMING ALL NIGHT!!!

AreaXIII is a little warehouse that has been converted in a gaming center. There is a custom wood top that goes around the inner building with around 14 CRT TVs each with its own outlet to plug in your own system of choice and plenty of chairs for each station. Bringing Systems and controllers is up to the players as well as the game of choice that you choose to have on it. We play on both systems here so having a dual modded stick/controller comes in real handy!


A big chunk of the community and our better players play here!!! If you are serious about leveling up and getting to know the community you WILL show up here!!!!!

Hours: 6:30PM - 1:30AM Every Tuesday and every other Friday(tournament night)

I'm raging pretty hard right now, since I've missed tuesday and now today because everyone elses' shit is more important I guess. But I will try and get to Apples' thing. Even if I can't go tomorrow I am without a doubt making Saturday to Tactics' BBQ and bringing some food to help chip in. Still don't have the address though so if anyone knows where it is hosted please tell me.

Tuesdays 6:30pm - 2am

Every other Friday 6:30pm open, tournaments start at 8pm.

I ask for a $5 donation for the night per person. Tournaments are $5 per tournament entered and all that goes into the pot.

I will be busy all next week so AREAXIII will be open again June 14th and the next tournament night will be the 24th.

GATHERINGS / EVENTS OF THE WEEK:

I want to invite everyone to my own special event next SATURDAY(JUNE 4TH)!!!

It will be a BBQ / Casuals / Socializing day!!!! Though I am not going to be buying any food as I am dirt poor atm but am willing to get some drinks / utensils / plates and that sort of stuff. I will have the grill ready for people to bring over meats and will be willing to cook it for you!!! Ill probably pick up some burgers / hotdogs to try and help but I cant do much . Anyways it will be a great time so please come and show up, we should have a very good amount of setups and games going all day and night. Here is the info for anyone who wants to come and get to know the community a bit more and have some fun gaming and eating!!! ALSO it is at a house with a very decent amount of room so come on through!

Please bring setups, extra foldable chairs, food, meats drinks, and your asses over to this day! I expect it to run from 4:00PM - 3:00AM at least. Remember there will be plenty of room, so don't hesitate to show up!
