Wake up attacks

For beginning players, would a list of wakeup attacks for each player and their uses be helpful?

I play as Cyrax, and I don't really see many benefits to his wakeup attacks, and i'm actually unsure of their uses. I can understand the reverse kick if someone is close, but it would make sense to have a compiled list to me.

If there is already a list somewhere, a URL would be useful. Thanks guys!

A list of wakeup attacks benefit all players; especially if it included which ones gain invincibility frames.

Cyrax's qcf3,1+3 is awesome: knockdown on hit, safe on block, deceptive range. Afaik it gains a few frames of invincibility when used as a wakeup. I usually do not complete the 1+3 finisher since the qcf3 by itself gives you more time to setup for oki and throw bombs out while they are grounded.

Yes I'm pretty confused by this as well. Do all specials get a set number of frames of invincibility on wake up, but only those that are fast enough to become active before this invincibility ends function as wakeups? If so, is it known how many frames this is? Or does it vary from special to special? Or perhaps it's neither of those two?
