Li Mei will rely heavily on rushdown and footsies.
>Special Moves
*Carnival kick
- A 15f launcher that hits mid and is -12 on block with little push back. It takes out 5%
*scissor kick
- An 18f over head that lifts her off the ground. (so it avoids pokes) on hit it puts her at +10. And on block she's at -5. Hits twice each does 3%
* Flying fists
- a 15f foward advancing special that hits high and it hits 5 five times. It takes out 6% in chip and on hit its puts her at +5. On block she's at -15
Does 10%
( those moves are from the 3D mks)
*blast kick
- A 15f projectile that she shoots out her leg ( think dairous iron leg) with push back . It hits special High and does 8%. It is - 9 on block and Is +2 on hit.
EX Moves
* ex carnival kick
- 8f. Same as regular
* ex scissor kick
- 10f. Has armour and is +15 on hit.
* ex flying fist
- 6f she stays ground and it's goes full screen. ( think the flashes moves from mkvsdc when he runs at you and punches you)
* ex blast kick
- 12f. Hits twice. Second hit hits low.
XRAY.
18f overhead. ( think kenshis u4)
Hits 6 times. Puts opponent at full screen. -12 on block. 35%
NORMALS (some of them)

- 7f kick ( with the length of skarlets 4 ) that hits high. 0 on block + 1 on hit. Special linkable

- Ends in a reset that puts her at +13 on hit. And - 1 on block with push back. Special cancelable

- 12f Sonya d4. Same properties.

- 6f. That hits on both sides! ( think Ibukis cr. M punch. Even though it doesn't hits on both sides). It's -16 on block. -1 on hit.
