they don't owe us anything. First rule of marketing: leave them wanting more. If they show us everything we want when we want there wouldn't be thousands of discussions and hypothesizing going on here.
I'm with you man. I appreciate what we get, and don't see the need to always complain/find something to complain about. I don't need to see 20 minutes of in depth gameplay of every single character to be satisfied. I also don't need the characters all revealed right meow.
Let's face it, no matter what they give us, even if they shoved everything down our throat every day, there's always going to be SOMEONE complaining about SOMETHING. Some people are never satisfied. They'll spend their effort and time whining about what we don't have/didn't get, rather than focus on what we did. Just a difference in personalities I guess. Though, the people that are optimistic and positive, end up happy each time we get something new. So I'm satisfied with my stance.
Then again...less is more when it comes to stuff shown. I want to feel like it's fresh when I get to play it. That's not the case for everyone. Some people like everything shown off so they know it's worth buying for them. Whatever floats your boat. But I do agree, some people are seemingly always negative/pessimistic.
