I'm currently working with SEARS to find a front end developer. I figure some of you might be into software/web development or know people who are. My company is offering a 500 dollar referral for any candidate who ends up being selected by SEARS. Below is the requirement.

* Experience with frameworks like Jo, Sencha Touch, PhoneGap,etc.
* Expert at creating lightweight, cross-platform websites optimized for mobile devices.
* Expertise in responsive design
* Hands on experience with Agile Methodology
Good to have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top university OR Master's degree.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, self-driven and willing to work on-site at Hoffman Estates, IL (Chicago area).
