Liu Kang - normals link to dragon stance, 6 frame d1, 6 frame parry
Sub Zero - slide goes under projectiles and safe on block
Kano - faster knives, safe on block upball
Jade - flash invincible to all zoning attacks, glow takes normal damage and lasts 4 seconds, boomerangs start-up like Jax's, less recovery on whiff, + on block overhead staff and linked on hit from all normals
Ermac - safe push, faster teleport on start-up
Noob - less recovery and more damage on shadows, faster ghostball
Smoke - guaranteed reset with bar
Rain - Raiden-like teleport
Mileena - guaranteed teleport into air-sai on block
CSZ - Cyrax's teleport, parry parries all close ranged attacks (like Cage's X-ray)
Sindel - Kabal-like NDC levicancels and armor on cartwheel
Sonya - faster arc-kick
Jax - f41 hits all chars
Cage - Jax-like projectiles
Stryker - faster gun cancels, more priority on standing 3 reset
Nightwolf - shoulder hits mid
Baraka - less frames of start-up on normals
Shang Tsung - faster straight skulls, more forward movement on soulsteal

CSZ would be beyond broken if his parry countered any physical up close hit. He would only lose to pure zoning.

Give Kano far better up close pressure, none of that negative on block crap. I dont give a fiddlers for knives or up ball, that's the least of his concerns.

His parry gets punished hard on recovery.

Fuck Raiden's teleport, Give Rain a nut punch like reset and a faster safer projectile and he'll be amazing. think about it, get hit with 4RH, meter drained, and reset so i can add chip and build the meter back....if only.

I dont get one thing, if the goal is to make everyone S tier, why are buffs and nerfs suggested for S tier characters? kun lao, kabal, freddy, kenshi, smoke, cyrax, and sonya wouldnt need any of those changes if the goal is to keep them in the same place.

Nightwolf - F3 hits low, giving his opponent a reason to block low. Give him the ability to cancel his lightning the way Jax can cancel his ground pound. This will bait jumps and present more options for his anti-air combos.

Kano - Upball safe on block, Knives faster and less recovery, more hit advantage and block advantage on strings, air ball hits mid.
Nightwolf - F3 is low (it has to be, it hits your freaking foot !!!), F2 is an overhead with faster startup, arrow - 9%, second hit of EX Tomahawk - mid.

If that doesn't make him S-tier, then having 33 frames of guaranteed armor on EX Hermes Dash (15 frames of armor after a dash-cancel) will make him S-tier.
