But what if this was pre-order DLC that NRS plans on making available for free in the future?

TTT2 did this with some of the characters / stages for that game. They released the pre-order content about two or three months later for free.

I think that meant the Red Son stuff and that they are going to make DLC in the future. Considering not everyone is going to get it.

So I took another look at the middle right head, and now I'm fairly certain it's Deathstroke. This is our only pic of his render, but you can tell that the heads match up.

I can clearly see Black Canary, Raven and Red Tornado

i also think the guy on the right looks like Red Tornado, but that doesn't fit with the villain theme

The two remaining (the two ladies [probably]) don't appear to match any of the current official renders, so that's at least two more female characters coming down the pipe for those that are concerned about that.

I'm actually thinking the one on the top right is Ares. The shadows don't match Catwoman's face; it's definitely not a render we've seen before. The dark areas seem to resemble a Greek helmet and he's a villain, so it all checks out. We also know he's in the game.

I was thinking the same actually, but I would have expected him to have a beard and more extravagant helmet. Though I do think it's a helmet, if it was a hood we'd be able to see the back of it.

There does seem to be really bright light coming from the The blonde girls body, which seems like it could be ice. And i don't know of any blonde other Blonde villains that would fit

I definitely see Red Tornado, and the hood on the top right character is pointed like Raven's. But the center woman could be anyone (not discounting Canary, but you never know).

I think people are reading too deep into things that aren't there, it's clearly Harley Quinn in the middle, the only new one is the top right which looks to be Raven.
