Might be slow refers to this question that might be obvious to some but cant even be answered when googled 3 different ways...

What the hell console(s) are being used for EVO 2013 or ANY major tournament for that matter... are there different signups for the same game but different consoles?

IE - SFIVAE PC signup VS SFIVAE PS3, etc etc...

or are they all exclusive to one console?

99.999999999999999% of tournament are run on PS3's because it's increased lag brings out the best in everyone
