I'm by no means a top player because I don't compete. I figured that out when the game was a few months old without a combo video from anyone. So what makes you think a top player would need check's combo vids for anything other than entertainment? lol

Goodbye Check. Your videos are cool, but I'm sick of some of these dudes acting like divas because at the end of the day it's a fucking game! We all bought, play, and support this game because we love MK. It doesn't matter what Tim said about his work because it's Tim's opinion and he's entitled to have one. If your in the public's eye you should expect to be criticized at some point. If he's "leaving" the community because of that then he should've never joined in the first place.

I very much agree, I just think more discretion should have been used. Yeah maybe Check should thicken his skin a little... but at the same time, we are humans and we take things to heart :\

For real, i know this guy puts a lot of work into making these awesome videos and all, but shit he doesn't own cyrax's b2...What he found, he found against Shang. No one, absolutely no one knew about the b2 fucking everything sektor does. Even i didn't know, and the character i always test shit on with Cyrax is Sektor.

As far as getting trolled by the mods, that's a whole another thing.

We getting a bad rep now across the MK fam now huh? lol Street cred is low fellas...

Seriously though, Check is a hard worker and is cool in my books. I'm not sure of all the details surrounding his departure, but Its sad that it got to where it is now. Best of luck Check, will catch you on twitter / yt!

I loved his MKD and MKDA video's. I cant believe we have another innovator gone..

But to leave because he is being trolled sounds alittle bit too much.. He's been in the game for how long? Stuff like this shouldn't even bother him at this point.. It has to be more to it than that.

He made a light-hearted jab at check. Nothing in that post is offensive, check has left the community like 10 times since mk9 was released.

Right on my brother! Scar is a pro player and he makes a valid point. I think the mods should actually be pros so the community would have a shot and at least interacting with people who know what's going on in the FGC again that's my opinion, take it or leave it. Also, regarding the Tom Brady thing, IMO as a pro player and past leader of the community I'm sure he'll be around but not in the capacity everyone's used to.
