Please help me get to VXG

I didnt want to do a donation drive because given time i thought that i should be able to cut it, but i am not sure.

The total I'm working toward is $1100, i'll probably have about 900 if my math is right from what i can save. therefore i'm asking for roughly 200 total, but any more would be appreciated (and surpluses will be refunded).
EDIT: My estimates seem about right. So far i have received $50 of assistance, about 150 from my goal. If anyone is willing to help i would greatly appreciate it.

And before people say either "why should i give to you" or "what have you ever done for the community" let me remind people that i have given to donation drives before and have even paid a player's entry to a tournament. Furthermore, I have been training furiously (ask Chris Thomas if you dont believe me) every day with vxg in mind and intend to make big waves in St Maarten.

If you're going to have the money in march and just want to get tickets now before they go up in price, why not just treat this as a loan of sorts and pay back those who spot you now? I'm sure a lot more would be willing to donate temporarily with the idea that they're going to get their dollars back when your paychecks clear. just an idea

Updated, i think i can raise all the money, but i'm not very sure. I'm not looking to make a profit from donations by any means.

Edit: Its not about "what you've done for the community". You don't need to prove yourself in that manner. You're trying to get out and support the game, and I cannot go to VXG, so the best alternative is to help others get there. At least, thats the way I see it.

Yeah, i mean i know some people on this site who havent met me in person think they have some beef with me, and i've gone to multiple different states to support the game (like when we met in chicago, i live in texas, i played in frosty on 10 minutes of sleep after a night of waiting on a train in the snow), but it's more difficult when it's international.

This kind of awkward. I went to a convention this weekend, spent a lot of money. I have SAT and 4 AP exams to pay for, more money. Injustice etc.

Thanks, but the VXG rate is lower and i've already booked. The present issues are the flight and registration. Soon as i get my next paycheck i should be able to book a flight because of the way i've been saving (basically minimizing how much i eat so i can move all food surplus money from my budget to vxg saving, same with not driving much or going out. i dont think i've had a beer in 2 months :/)
