List of PSN people with good/great upload speeds who understand frame data.

I'm making this because I'm trying to play online but most of the time it's worthless because it's against laggy ass people and or people who don't understand frame data and do random shit because they can online. I want to make a list of people who have excellent connections and know how to actually play the game. I would like to add people as friends on PSN to have real training partners. Skill level doesn't matter - beginner to Godlike. If you're a beginner you can learn from me and if you are godlike i'll learn from you. I just want REAL practice or as real as it can get.

Idk dude when i played you online you were doing some pretty random shit, lol lao's 2 should beat cage's f3 on a blocked f4 but you were letting it fly like the 4th of july. and random raiden supermans, lol. that's why i dont play online almost at all. online habits develop. The way i play i literally dont even understand what happend online because it's such a different game. i'll play like 5 or 6 games a week online just to play new people and see what different characters are doing, but unless everyone gets expensive internet like mine (one step below the most expensive fios had), then i dont think it'll ever be a good learning tool.

Dude it's online. Random supermans are there just because It's raiden and I don't really care. But the cage thing i don't even remember that. But I know not to jump out of frame traps etc. Which happens all the time online.

Because Xbox and psn dumbs down your actual speed.

My upload speeds on psn is about 2.6 MB my download on psn is about 30 MB

As long as the upload is above 1MB.

Sorry. It used to show in my avatar. It's Justicex and I'm actually heading on in a few since I've been sick all week and haven't been able to play

I'm not sure if this will make a difference, but I'm not far from Toronto, Canada. I know distance can sometimes mess up a connection too.
