Charlie is already downtown and will be heading over to Foonzo afterwards.

I'm going to be leaving home around 3:30 to meet up with him and secure a few set-ups, hope to see you guys there.

I agree, the 2 vs 2 tag was lots of fun!

Adjusting to the monitors takes time; if you're used to your +30" television with over 8 ms response time, the Asus will really take you by surprise. Dropping your standard b'n'b combos or inputs (either too fast or too slow) is nothing new, it happens to everyone.

The offline experience will give you the most accurate representation of Mortal Kombat 9 (as opposed to the goldlike online) and you will improve your overall game-play / fundamentals which can ultimately carry over to other fighting games. Grinding out matches while getting pointers in between will only make you a better player and learning the frame data (as much as possible) will help in knowing what is / is not viable.

Just checked out the Foonzo website and was happy to see this.

Not sure about everyone else but I think 2:00 - 11:00 is really cool and convenient for everyone that has to travel +1 hour(s) to get to Foonzo.

Getting an early start and still being able to play for +5 hours (without having to leave sooner due to travel time) sound awesome.

Agree / Disagree?

Welcome to the community DirtDog,

I just want to quickly introduce everyone to KHAOTIC_DirtDog, I met him on PSN through a mutual friend and directed him over to TYM.

He's also from Quebec and would like to join us for some offline casuals / future tournaments.

Good to have you here man, I'm sure you'll meet some really cool people, have fun and hone your skills.
