Injustice - Paris Manga footage by Team Finish Him featuring matches, their thoughts and more!

Our friends over at Team Finish Him have uploaded more videos from their experience at Paris Manga this weekend. The footage is all in French so we will have to wait to give you a translation of what is being said, but there is plenty of game-play footage from the Paris, France game show. They've uploaded a Batman vs Superman match of Rhezous vs Mickadi facing each other in the exclusive Team Finish Him tournament along with a video with Flash, Cyborg, Nightwing and Catwoman game-play. The final video is a video of Team Finish Him giving their thoughts on Injustice, "This game is awesome and looks really promising ! More technical !"


[NOTE] As stated by NRS yesterday - this is a 5 month old build so much is subject to change from the build they played at Paris Manga.

This is cool.. Has anyone noticed the wager system only comes up like a breaker? when being comboed... thought they were 2 different occurrences.

And nice to see how punishable batman's wiffed hookline is, considering the EX version starts a combo from full screen if I remember correctly.

They say the pacing is at least as fast as MK, if not faster. They feel some SF influence, with the back-to-block, the crossups and whatnot. They say it's very technical, but very accessible at the same time, that you can pull off a couple of combos in your first matches without looking at the movelist.

Everyone pretty much agrees that Flash is top-tier so far in this build, being extremely fast and having very high-damage combos that are very simple to do. Up there with Flash, they'd put Batman and Green Arrow. Batman is described as very technical, having lots and lots of options and being actually pretty strong, oppositely to what they first thought. GA, for his part, has extremely good mobility and his arrows are very hard to get through.

Then Superman is described as quite slower than other characters, but his air mobility, his eye lasers and his very high damage make up for it. Cyborg was compared to Jax in his strings, but much faster, while specials were compared to both Sektor(maybe he meant Cyrax?) and Liu Kang for his high/low/air fireballs. Grundy is once again labeled as the slowest character, although a player said he possesed some pretty fast strings.

Nightwing, Harley and WW weren't really expanded upon, but the three were described as really fast and solid possibilities for the tourny.

Combos are similar to those in MK, but cross-ups feel more like SF
Superman is powerful, but slow
Batman is probably top tier, quite technical
Grundy is hard to play with, extremely slow, difficult to get in
Harley Quinn is super fun to play with, her fans will be pleased
Flash is way too easy to play with, TOP TIER
Catwoman reminds them of Mileena with Reptile's dash
Cyborg is Liu Kang, Jax and Sektor put together

But again, this is a 5-month old build, the same one that was at NYCC; so take all comments with caution. Damage, links, frames, etc have all changed.

Bat can throw his batarangs straight at you or in the air
His robot bats can be used to defend or attack
His grapnel hook is cancellable midway into a combo and can also be used as an anti-air
He has a parry similar to Liu Kang
He can dash/float in the air after a jump
He can throw some mini bombs in the air, very effective against Bane and Grundy
It's easier to combo with him than Supes
A very balanced character

The clash is activated by pressing L2 and R2 simultaneously and requires 2 gauges

Well about Clash, the guys weren't even sure, that what's the guy THINKS he did, but L2+R2 is supposed to be for the super move, so maybe it's done like the MK breaker, and the guy just mashed the triggers while trying to move and accidentally initiated the Clash.

Flash has a reset, Cyborg has Kabal's knee reset, Nightwing had a big speed improvement and the animation after Superman's super is changed. Things I noticed. Also overall game speed increased.

Dat Nightwing speed oh God it's so fast. Did you also catch the range of both hit air and ground normals?!

Can't wait to play with Dick....Grayson!

Nightwing's Staff Ground Spark OTGs. And Meter burn adds another hit? I wonder if it is similar to Jax's Enhanced GP.

You can see some when Catwoman is fighting Nightwing (before she knocks him into Zone 2). The hit sparks are red .
