Yeah, in that 20 minute interview (giantbomb i think?) with Hector, he introduces the "community votes on fights" thing with weekly videos and top players of certain characters going at it. He said something along the lines of "it should be a success so long as 4chan doesn't get a hold of the voting system, and get Quinn to Grand Finals or something like that *laughs*"

That's a pretty solid confirm to me that she's Kano tier. Which I guess isn't horrible... some have said that if she's ass right now she's just going to get crazy buffs into mid-high tier down the road, so who knows? It's certainly sound logic. All isn't lost quite yet

No^^ they were just joking around about her in the Hector interview..Hardly a low tier confirm.He was talking in reference to someone more like Batman, Superman, WW should be in the final just because of their popularity.

I'm not trolling. If anyone's trolling it's Hector, not me. Did you even read my post? Or am I labeled as so much of downplayer that everything I say is immediately regarded as false?

Frothy, you're looking too much into this.

It sounds like Hec just didn't want the 4chan trolls choosing a less popular character such as [first name he can come up with] and making them win the poll.



BTW, i'm hype for Dr. Fate, ever since Grundy was confirmed (the beginning lol) I've wanted to see Fate in this game. He's a badass magic user and I can definitely see them using him well.

I don't think he's in. The blurry picture was accompanied by two pieces of media (a movie clip and a song) that both feature the line "there is no fate". That's a pretty strong indication.

Clearly he said "Fate". I've never heard of Fate being in any other fighting games that would include "tiger setups".
