What's a Smarrgasm?
Recently Atlanta has required the ability to do more frequent level up sessions thanks to the awesome generosity of Reno_Racks. We should start to have weekly sessions going on at his house with 4 setups and a live stream. This will feature many of Atlantas best players including pig of the hut, lord of the fly, and many more. The stream will go live somewhere in the area of 6pm est and I will come back and post on this thread and a status to alert when we are live. The stream will either be twitch.tv/streamofthehut or twitch.tv/atlantakombat which is Reno racks new official stream. So give both streams a follow and come tune in tonight for action from the Atlanta Kombat Krew.

There is a 0% chance I can make to this level up session this Wednesday or any Wednesday for the foreseeable future this is very unfortunate news.

School man school I have class in the afternoon. I would have to come out of class drive 2 hour and 30 minutes to Atlanta than back in one day. I would not survive the stress from having to wake up at 9:30 the next day i I stayed for even a decent amount of time. I won't do it basically if I drive longer than I stay. I am always good for Thursday.
I just need my sleep I can't be staying up until all hours of the night on a school night.

Should we think about trying to do thursdays? It worked better for everyone last week as well.

I will try my best to make it EVERY week if it is on Thursday I have no class on Friday. Unless there is some sort of emergency I can always make it on Thursday. In fact I will stay till the wee hours of the morning when common sense dictates I go back.

Yup. Always Thursdays except the week of Battle n Brew tourney which will be wednesday. Also if I go out of town or something we'll probably reschedule as well.

Hey guys just to let everyone know ATL will be live with another level up session tonight! We will have quite of few of the atlanta players and will be streaming for quite some time. Rules: All games will be a pokemon style format and double elimination tournament. If you are not familiar with this format i will explain. The winner stays on until the last player is defeated. Now for the details: If player A beats player D, Player E is next, player A beats player E, player F is next. Player A defeats F now the Player D team is in losers bracket.
Now for the format: ALL MATCHES IS ONE GAME ONLY!! For those who know, this is SBO style. So that means one game each person except for the winner.
Now for the finals: ALL FINALS ARE 2/3 SAME FORMAT. That means a race to 6 and each player gets 2 deaths for the games that are 3 members. 4 for the games that have 2 members. Now for the games and their format. The ONLY EXCEPTION to these said rules are for the smaller games, meaning that the teams are not plentiful, those games will be 2/3 all the way through the tournament including the finals.
This Revival we are only running 5 games in which the FGC has shown the most care for. The larger the scene the games that we will provide. Here is the list and it's formats for such.
Mortal Kombat: $ 20 per team PS3 ran
2 members per team
2/3 format all the way through
Tekken Tag 2: $20 per team PS3 ran
2 members per team
2/3 format all the way through
Persona 4: $ 20 per team PS3 ran
2 members per team
2/3 format all the way through
Super Street Fighter 4 AE: $30 per team PS3 ran
3 members per team
1/1 for regular matches
2/3 for finals
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3: $30 per team XBOX 360 ran
3 members per team
