Injustice Speculation: Is Boon Hinting at Mr. Freeze or Capt. Cold?

Make of this what you will, but sometimes when Ed Boon posts a tweet, sometimes it means something and sometimes it doesn't... or does it? Several hours ago Boon tweeted a very random video of "boiling water" when it's -30 degrees out. Part of the speculation already is what some are making of it questioning if this is a reference to Mr. Freeze or Captain Cold? It could be nothing, but guess what, it's our job to keep you updated.

So, do you think it's a clear reference to one of these characters or is it just really cold in Chicago?

Captain Cold is the leader of The Rogues (most of Flash's enemies), he doesn't kill innocent people (has ethics) and even beat the Flash
