It's HR derby. You have to line up the green spot on the bat and hit the ball at the last second. Hover your mouse over the plate and make small adjustments left or right to line up the sweet spot.

Top number is score to beat (or tie).
Second number is your score.
Third is remaining pitches.
A HR still counts as a pitch.
