The highest amount of damage you can do in the game with one move is a standard uppercut at 24.84% (RH is only 19.87%.) The only other way to extract extra damage with Scorpion is if the spear connects from more than mid-screen. The length of time it takes for the spear animation to complete causes the spear reset timer to expire early; allowing you to get an extra unblockable naked spear (4.96%) from up close, followed by an uppercut. It may not seem like much, but in a close fight it could be the difference between winning and losing.
