I want to say thanks to ICE and everyone at the house of goons on friday night. Great bunch of guys who are really helpful, friendly, and willing to teach. Me and John had a blast and can't wait to get out there again!

This is a shame. I'm worried that with the poor online play, if MK players don't work harder to help our community grow and come together Mortal Kombat will fall into obscurity, again.

I agree with Fight Club being all SSFIV AE. I've been going there and no one plays MK, a week before EVO I was the only person to even play MK. I'll send you a request to play.

I'm actually trying to figure out which events I'm going to for the next couple months as well... I'll post up once I figure it out.

For anyone interested in playing MK @ the House of Goons... Wednesdays and Fridays are the days to come out... Ever since Evo we have kind of switched focus a bit (looking forward to SFxT, TTT2, and SC5), so a lot of us are playing SF now trying to get accustomed to that system.

However, I still like MK and I intend to play in tournament for it so I will be back in the MK mix at little bit... If you are interested in coming out shoot me a pm and I'll send you the details.

Hows the job market in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area? i'm in FL right now and its really shitty over here. I'm just looking for a call center job that is full time and will let me go back to school so I can get my A+/CCNA certs. I just want to know if the market is worth searching or if I'm wasting my time. Thanks in advance!

Tech jobs are great in DFW and in Austin. Not entirely sure about call center specific but I would assume it's worth your time.

there's a hosting co here called SoftLayer, they have good paying entry lvl server build tech jobs. Perfect for going to.school, And they are BLOWING UP right now. Great time to get in.
