Michael Jai White "Jax" Returning for New Mortal Kombat Film, Not Legacy Series II

While Michael Jai White was a star in the Mortal Kombat Rebirth film and in Mortal Kombat Legacy series one he will not be returning for Mortal Kombat Legacy series two. He was asked about this yesterday on twitter and his response to one of his fans was that he would be returning, but for the new Mortal Kombat movie, not Legacy series two.

While it's sad to know that he won't be in the second series, knowing that he will be playing a role in the new Mortal Kombat film is even better.

It makes sense, the web series seems to introduce characters within the franchise, and the characters associated with him have pretty much been introduced. So it would only make sense that he would only be in the movie.

The webseries really isn't a big deal anyways, if they get the movie right then mk will get the respect it deserves in the mainstream unlike certain fighting game/movie adaptations in the past...
