Question LBSH, Who is higher on the tier list...Cyrax or Smoke?

Cyrax is higher better unbreakable damage easier reset. command grab, buzzsaw, d4 mixups. better aerial resets. lots of bomb traps. aa grab invincible if you jump at him. i think his wakeup are better than smokes. dat net is always scary in pressure so that leaves room for lots of command grabs. Cyrax over smoke.

sadly lao is free to rax 6-4. lao can't jump or aa grab. tele equals aa grab. only thing lao can do is run and be patient similar to jc. jc beat lao 6-4 too. manageable matches tho

free implies that the matches are 3-7 or 2-8 in my eyes. Since thats not the case, lao simply has to play defensively and patient like u said in either of these matches. It's still very winnable if lao does the right things.

Cyrax, in a vs Smoke match, Smoke can potentially win.

But since you SPECIFIED on the tier list, Cyrax wins more against high tier characters.

I think Smoke's resets are hard enough that even good players will drop them a lot. The execution should factor into this.

There's a vid in the Cyrax forums posted by Playpal, but the one I use is

21~net, half-dash back(ish), EX-bomb, mid-bomb, uppercut, B2, 121~AA throw.

You dash back before the ex-bomb to create space for the midbomb, so that if they break on the uppercut (where most people tend to break during that combo), they get launched by the mid-bomb as soon as they land.
