Unless the rules changed in pages 2-3 (I didn't read them) ... you're supposed to nerf the character the last person buffed and then buff a character of your choice.

Then the next poster nerfs who you buffed and then posts a buff and so on...


Since the last buff that was actually applicable was Snowy's... I start with Quan.

I've heard people wanting to nerf kabal low on saw before. I don't get the logic, saw lets the opps jump in on reaction, your only saving grace. Why in gods name would you make it useless for the ball player? Make it reflectable, that's pretty annoying.
