When the cap was reached and they opened up extra spots, the new registrants were added to the front of the list.

Unfortunately, hurricane Sandy might really mess up this tournament as many players may not be able to go. CD Jr just tweeted that he likely won't be able to make it.

Also, it's disappointing Wafflez is nowhere to be found on that list. I checked for "toilet" in case he had registered under his other alias to no avail.
