Welcome to...
Big D, "Ryan DeDomenico" - If Florida could only pick a couple players to represent their state in a Mortal Kombat tournament one of them would be BigD, without question. While BigD is what you would call an 'underdog' as he has never won a major, he is also a player that if you sleep or sandbag while playing him... consider yourself eliminated. BigD is best known for his innovative Ermac with an execution style that makes him a most anticipated player. Rumor has it he'll be unleashing a brand new Kano at MLG, Dallas.
KH ShowTime, "Frank Occhione", - Another prominent underdog from the Kombat Houston team. ShowTime plays two characters, Sonya and Reptile that are sure to wake you up. From the latest MLG event, he has was awarded the 'Breakout Player' award that identifies the fact that ShowTime could very well continue creating upsets at MLG Dallas.
GGA Dizzy, "Aaron Davis", - GGA Dizzy is the Johnny Cage character specialist that hails from one of the fiercest teams in the US. Dizzy most recently earned his highest Mortal Kombat tournament accomplishment at Season's Beatings Ascension by defeating the two-time Evo World Champion, Perfect Legend's Kung Lao with his Johnny Cage. It was quite possibly Dizzy's best tournament performance. It marked Dizzy's first win at a major. Should these two meet again at MLG Dallas... it's a run-back sure to please the audience.
TFA|RZR Pig of the Hut, "Brant McCaskill", - If you don't know who this guy is you've been living under a rock. One of the most active and most contributing members of the community, Pig of the Hut is also one of the highest skilled competitors. With the look of determination to not stop until he is at the top, Pig of the Hut, with his primary weapon of Kenshi will stop at nothing to win. Easy with those projectiles... using Kenshi's reflect, Pig's timing is better than you think.
GGA 16 Bit, "Steven Brownback", - Bring the hype and bring the blast, 16 Bit is returning to check off yet another event for his tournament career. 16 Bit, who uses only Kitana has also been named by many as the Kitana of the world. While he used to lose against other top players such as REO, 16 Bit has been leveling up putting the days of losing to the same players in the past. If there is one Kitana in the world you will respect, it's 16 Bit's.
DMG CD Jr, "Emmanuel Brito", - Ever since playing TTT2 and not doing as well as he usually does at Season's Beatings, CD Jr is officially back in to training mode. CD Jr, who easily floats in the Top 3 Mortal Kombat players in the world will be at MLG Dallas. While many miss his Jax, CD Jr is now known to play an array of characters including Rain, Smoke, Jax, Kung Lao and Kabal making CD Jr's arsenal fully-loaded and at the highest level. His biggest hurdle is yet to come at Dallas where he may have to face the same player who eliminated him at Evo 2012, Perfect Legend.
KN VSM OBS EMP REO, "Giuseppe Grosso", - REO is one of the most consistent Mortal Kombat players in the world. Not only did he place 2nd against 500+ other players at Mortal Kombat at Evo 2011 but he has also continued his reign by staying in the top 3, if not 1st place in nearly every tournament he has competed in during 2012. His main rivals are Perfect Legend, who beat him at Evo 2011 and CD Jr, who he has played in Grand Finals more than anyone else. REO, the one who mains Kabal, shows no mercy nor emotion. Is Dallas ready?
KN DetriotBalln, "Alex Rayis", - DetroitBalln from Arizona is the Shang Tsung player that took out CD Jr last December during NECXII and has since been competing vigorously against other top players. In doing so, one of his last major victories was at MLG's Spring Championship where he placed above both DJT and Perfect Legend. His recent words are that "Shang will be ready for Dallas"... as Detroit's pressure system with not only Shang but also Ermac is known to push players to their limits... anything is possible.
DR Gross, "Name Unknown", - If there was a player to come out of nowhere and become heard worldwide, it is Dominican Republic's Gross. During the Video X Games in the Caribbean just months ago, Gross did something that essentially made him famous... he beat Perfect Legend's Kung Lao with his Sektor. Gross, who plays a very intelligent Sektor with various set-ups as well as timing and execution is 99% confirmed for MLG Dallas where he may yet again face the Evo Mortal Kombat World Champion, Perfect Legend. Was it luck the first time around or will Gross prove that he is truly the better player.
Perfect Legend, "Carl White", - Perfect Legend is confirmed to compete in Mortal Kombat at MLG, Dallas and what awaits him is nothing he hasn't been through before. He's conquered the world two times, two years in a row and will be facing all of the same people he's either beaten or has been beaten by at MLG Dallas including rivals, GGA Dizzy and DR Gross. He's one of the smartest players to ever play the game and from the sounds of it, his confidence level for Dallas couldn't be higher.
NOTE: These are only 10 of over 64+ Mortal Kombat players to be confirmed for Major League Gaming's Fall Championship in Dallas, Texas on November 2-3... you haven't seen anything yet!
