I just got an asus today, so been getting my combos acceptable on lagless. the big damage ones with kitty are f*****g hard when you already had your timing on lag :/ after 9 hours today im up to 45% just need my 47, meterless 45, and overhead combos. I'm going to break that video down tomorrow. One thing i noticed is that Moth got impatient at the end, Kevo was clearly waiting for xray or he would have spent meter on fireballs to stay in. There were just too many opportunities that it became sortof a clear bait. seemed to work though.

Also, yeah I played really sloppy in that vid, like I said I haven't been playing much lately and when I have I've been playing Lao. If he was more comfortable with sektor and would have hit on all those combos I would have been in trouble. That's kinda the reason I want to get some casuals in this weekend because I know I'm really rusty and I don't want to be too free at mlg.

Are you planning on going cage vs everyone but kenshi? Anywho, yes! We need to get together, I've been leveling up, but not fast enough. I really need to get some serious games in before MLG. My work schedule changed again, but now for the better. So I will be at every D-town from now on as well. But yes....casuals....must....happen........if you don't mind having one person over, I can def come out to mesquite to get some practice in with you.

I am driving to Dallas this saturday to catch a concert. I was planning to head back around 1:00 on sunday, but if you guys are having casuals on sunday I would definitely stick around as long as they don't start too late. I miss our sporadically scheduled Dallas casuals.

Just a thought. I think dtown is our best bet on keeping our mk scene alive. It's every two weeks right? That's regular enough for us all to get together, compete and run mad casuals. After MLG, I think we should all try to start blowing up D-town beatdowns. It seems like that's the best place and opportuniity to hang out and play. I know some of yall go regularly, but with me being able to attend now, Im gonna start promoting the shit out of yeti's events. So maybe we can grow our scene for TTT2 and get nice and strong for Injustice. as well as keep mk going. Any of yall planning on going to Absolute Battles?.

I agree with you beef on the D town beatdowns but also think we should have some occasional casuals here and there. As far as absolute battle I was actually just about to mention it the other day and start tagging dallas area guys and building hype because according to the thread they won;t even have the tournaement unless there are at least 24 participants.

Don't really think i could host casuals just yet, maybe one day in the future. I really think in order to keep our scene going and to represent the DFW area, we really need to find a venue that can cater to what we need. Honestly if it was just a place full of TV's that could work, anyways does anyone have any ideas??
