I'm hoping they keep that "Fighting Irishman" idle stance that Joker had in MKvDC, one of the best things about the character in that game along with the broken smoke cancels.

Short hops because of the Staff stance would lead into AMAZING almost KOF-like pressure. Watch any match of Billy Kane at high level play in KOF and you'll see how awesome this might make him.

This is my EXACT thoughts on Nightwing. Jumping staff and standing staff and really irritating reach with him right now. Simply jump and staff and you cover nearly have the screen with a poke that will prevent most movement or attack options. Looks like a few of his staff moves leave opponents in an air state too so he can either run and use the pokes to keep you out or corner you really easily by walling you into back dashing. If he lands a short staff series he can Escrima cancel the stance into a longer combo once you are in an air state.

Nightwing is going to be frustrating to get in on and control. My Flash main will hate him with a passion of a 1000 burning suns. Just watch BALA from KOF XIII use him to get an idea how frustrating it is to get in on a guy with pokes that eat up that much space.

looks like not as much love for Superman, i sure hope this is a game, where people struggle to find whos bottom tier, game where even the bottom tiers have a chance at winning tournys

P.S i hope Harleys drop kick- gun shots is cancleable,,, plus i hope her on her back guns shots can be used as wake up

Wonder Woman it is then. At full screen she can tiara into her lasso for full combo. Tiara is crap outside of fullscreen though due to recovery. Shield throw is more useful. Likely you will want someone with a better tool than this so my suggestion is Superman since he looks to have a grab that might work for AA that leads into eye lasers and probably more.

Other possible candidates Nightwing in certain stances may capitolize off AA wingding as a hit confirm. I know his AX kick looks like it might snuff some air stuff if its active frames begin in the air. Batman who looks as though anything he does can be hit confirmed into zipline for full combo so long as recovery isn't bad. Not certain on this at various distances though, but he looks like he may be able to string together batarang into zipline at midscreen. I could be wrong though and I can't really tell on any of this till I can play a build sometime.

As is though, I'd say you got a lot of AA options in this game. Even Catwoman's whip looks useful for it and Harley has an AA from the ground.
