Ill try to keep this as little "wordy" as I can to give full info and debriefing.
When? Sep 28th 10pm est (We can move to Oct 5th by Majority Rule since SB is this weekend)
How Much is winnings? $400 pot to be used for MLG Dallas and if MLG doesnt happen it should be used for NEC or SCR.
Where? PS3
MUST BE IN Created Chat room for your time of match or DQ'ed
Format: Double Elimination, same as before, typical tourney rules, FT3.
Who can participate?
NO NEW PARTICIPANTS unless decided by our donators.
The list is below with some additions you will notice. WoundCowboy and J360 had quite some controversy with STB Shujinkydink and I bent over backwards to help all parties involved, now im bending more and allowing J360 and Cowboy compete in the PS3 side of things if they are able to as another way of me trying to help
Side Notes and Personal Thoughts on the whole Dink/Cowboy/Antistatic/J360 situation (Skip section if uninterested)
Again Ill make this quick too. I completely agree with both sides meaning I get what both are saying. It's known though Wound has a horrific time connecting with people, Dink showed up and shouldnt have been punished because of Cowboy's internet situation. On the flipside this is ONLINE and with Online I feel adjustments should and can be made to help deal with trials and tribulations of it. I tried to first work it out with Dink, he stood firm and j360 left because of this. It's odd to me Antistatic did play for Cowboy and in the offline world that would be instant ban or DQ. Again this isnt offline so i allowed it hesitantly but couldnt keep allowing special privileges to Cowboy. In the end I tried to help both parties knowing no one was going to be 100% satisfied and Im fine with that.
So this is my way of trying to extend me helping by offering the chance to cowboy and j360 to participate in the ps3 tourney. If j360 leaves this time its DQ and if Cowboy cant connect with someone it's DQ on him. I recommend cowboy go to someone's house who has 25/10 internet speed for this tourney to prevent a problem.
No one is 100% right or wrong in this situation. It's all opinion thats been posted in those threads and again this is me trying to help.

Also its VERY IMPORTANT to note our extremely kind reno_racks and son of timmett donators who made this 1000000% possible, REQUESTED MADZIN PARTICIPATE. This tourney has been made even MORE beneficial financially and all of you thank them a ton.

It was brought to my attention by Tyler himself who felt bad about something, He had registered for this 2-3 weeks before MLG Raleigh where he placed top 16. This totally flew by me and he competed in this ps3 tourney. The initial rules were no one can compete who has made top 8 at evo or top 16 at a MLG event. When he registered he hadnt yet but then later did. This is a grey area for me. Id like to participants to let me and Ill go with majority rule. Tyler meant no wrong doing and felt really bad about it and we all know Tyler is an outstanding person and player who we all respect. Im going to leave it up to you guys (TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS ONLY) on this one. It's a very grey area.
