I've played a handful of Skarlets that to ME play pretty good. I also main Noob and I think that he has a very solid defensive game and a sub-par offensive one. Outside of armoring through I've rarely had a Skarlet actually get in. I think Kabal is 6-4, but maybe I haven't played the top-notch ones. She's better at hitting distance but outside of that, Noob has the tools to effectively shut her out. Armor and Noob's lack of damage make this a bad MU to me, but I don't think she shuts him down effectively enough to call it a 7-3 match-up.
Sorry man, noob saibot will struggle real hard to fight against skarlet, she does shuts him down.
Skarlet gets more dangerous as her meter builds, all noobs fast projectiles have slow recovery.
Skarlet can armor trough any noobs projectiles and still f4 to a full combo punish before he recovers, even if noobs use shadow upknee to duck, f4 will just kill him.
noob has no armor on en specials, this means skarlet will pressure him all day with every kind os blockstrings, and her meter builds too fast on that particular session.
noob has very slow normals when compared to skarlet, how can't be that bad?
On poke was, skarlet wins, noob can surely poke, his normals give him the same advantage on hit that skarlet's, but his normals will not compensate for his frame advantage, unlike skarlet, noob 21 (Fastest string) can be f4'ed to counter his blocktrings
