What is your opinion on Kabal after watching this video?

Is it something to do with the ndc into throw at the end?

I've ended a match with 2ndc into throw in the corner plenty of times and I never got this glitch. I never tried to block during the wait time and I do not plan to.

DAMNIT. Ok so I was playing REO in 3 games of casuals before my match with KevoDaMan at MLG, and this happened in the middle of a match TO ME. (Kabal vs Skarlet) We looked at each other like WHAT THE FUCK!

Then REO's dumb ass said..."What if I could do this again and do it every time"
Then my dumb ass said..."fuck"

And here we go. This needs to be flushed out more clearly but if this is only kabal specific and can be done every time...then yes he should be banned. if every character can do it then...fuck

I've did this blocking while win pose glitch a few times with Skarlet, but I never kept holding down block to find this shit out. Thought it was innocent...

Anyone achieved this glitch with a different character?
If this happens in a tournament setting I could see it being ruled an auto-loss.
Or at the very least a reset of the round.

I think at the SCV tournament, a player used a really bad infinite of some sort with Viola to show Namco that they need to patch that. Namco never did if I recall correctly and it just ended up making the game look... well... bad.

Kabal shouldn't be banned, but that tactic should (and probably will) be. It's not really something you can do by accident. If anyone ever did that online you can bet I'd report them for cheating.

Once invincible and you let go of block, can your opponent hit you normally? if so, does this break the glitch and make you hittable again? or can you hold block and become invincible again?

I've done this before with skarlet as well, just never continued to hold block, AssassiN[be]
