Well for one, I see people playing fighting games all the time in my dorm building, from MVC to Tekken, and BlazBlue to Mortal Kombat.

And the places that I have seen them are common waypoints for alumni. However, I may need to limit myself from playing Mortal Kombat after this tournament.

Yeah, atlanta's players have gotten so much better. We just need a chance to prove ourselves on another major held in a different state.

Nonetheless, if I can get a ride to BnB, I'll be there.

I was wondering if you guys would be interested in attending a tournament in February in Puerto Rico. I think that it could be a really good event and a great tune up for Final Round. The flights there are pretty cheap here in FL and I believe they have direct flights out of ATL also. If you are close to Jacksonville, FL we have direct flights that start around $69 one way plus taxes so a round trip ticket would cost about $200 including the taxes. There is a guy there in P.R. that can open his home to us to stay and he can hold around 12 people. Also you don't need a passport because it is a U.S. Territory. Just a thought. Please let me know what you think. So, I woke up this morning. I

-looked at Sonja, cause I've never looked at her and didn't know anything 'bout Military beyond some in-passing knowledge from Funkdoc (which I didn't remember)

-looked at Kano, cause... well, Beenies was on fire. (Beenies what is the point of an ex-air ball?)

-laughed cause it was Friday and I wasn't working. :(

Question: How did dashing get nerfed? Lord asked me how that would effect something and I straight up laughed in his face before he got his question out (sorry Lord) because I don't know anything bout that.

regular air ball will knock the opponent away, ex keeps em close and gives kano fantastic positioning to mix thangs up on opp wake-up.

you used to be able to cancel dashes by crouching or simply dashing again during a dash. now you gotta effectively dash -> block repeatedly or walk to get in. this helps characters like nightwolf or jax who have safe high dash attacks that can be crouched under because these moves will now catch people trying to dash in since you can no longer cancel the dash with a crouch to avoid the shoulder or punch respectively.

Who does Clint play?

Kinda random but, does anyone plan on playing SkullGirls when it comes out? That and MK are my only two fighters I plan on playing. Unless KOFXIII surprises me.

Clint plays everyone in the game honestly but yea his tournament characters are

Sonya, Reptile, Jax, Freddy, Kabal, Kano, Scorpion and Noob in that order

Clint will upset a lot of people at NEC - he is technically an unknown in the mk world but not in the tekken world
