Meh reptile is still free to my kabal and now sub has a better chance to beat him. Since opponents freeze for 10 frames longer it gives me time to get up after trading with fb and get my slide in. Before he would recover and my slide would get blocked. And now I can ex slide through fbs. Sure reptile can ex slide threw my clone but that's easily bait able. And only does like 14%. If I block I get a free combo.
Me and Showtime might show up on Saturday. It depends. I'm having a casuals meeting at my place on Saturday night. And most of the entire Houston scene is gonna go to play all sorts of fgs. We might be able to go after I get off work sat morning. Get there like at 2pm?? Leave like at 6pm so I can be home by 9pm. Anyone Can host casuals during that time?
You already have a lot of kabal/reptile matchup knowledge from playing showtime all the time sadly no one in SA can play a good Kabal so my matchup knowledge is pretty unclear as what to do from all the different situations.
I know I can crack the Kabal code I just need to play against someone good to see what the hell works and what doesn't xbl lag doesn't help figuring that stuff out.
vs. SZ EX slide isn't very useful since its terribly unsafe w/o procing the armor from a low projectile hit and vs SZ there's really no move that SZ can do to take a armor hit with so I never see myself using it in the matchup. Getting hit with SZ EX slide doesn't really matter since I can tech roll and be fullscreen again. Getting 10 extra frames does suck, but that doesn't give you a lot of time slide punish if the timing is off it's free combo.
