Imo it depends. Up close hawk would destroy wolf. But nightwolf has advantages with his supernatural powers and probably quickness.

Hawk would have just no way to deal with Nightwolf. From afar Nightwolf can zone with impunity with his arrows. Hawk would have no choice but to jump to get in and his jump is real floaty. Nightwolf can shoulder him out of the air into hatchet combos anytime he wants.

Only option Hawk has is to try to get in to land his grabs.

No. Shoulder Ram would connect in the start-up frames of Raging Typhoon....IF Hawk managed to get close.

If you're going to go all science on it, technically the electrical shock would prevent him from being able to loosen the grip. If he grabbed and Wolf shocked him during the throw it would never stop. Both guys would probably end up dead.

That depends if we are going realistic or animated. Notice how in most cartoons when they get an electrical shock, (we'll use Blanka for example) they fully extend arms, legs, etremeties, HAIR, etc,(while you see flicking shots of their X-rayed skeleton) lol ....however IRL when you are getting electrified it does indeed intensify your grip and prevent you from letting go of that which you are being electrified by, thus making the shock worse .
