Good idea. I wanted to change around the order of the characters based on their rank, buuuuut Konqrr's formulas kill that idea. -_-
Couple questions: Are the matchups gonna be corrected? What criteria will be used for the corrections if they happen? Example: Kung Lao losing to Mileena 4-6 seems sketchy to say the least.
Smoke vs Kitana has nothing to do with fans. She beats him without them. Three of her other specials beat Shake.
Can't get too much higher than PL for Kung Lao authority. Did he also supply the Mileena matchup?
Yeah, I understand that. But my experience both playing and watching has always been that Smoke is most successful keeping range between himself and the opponent until he lands something juicy (smoke bomb, shake, teleport, etc.). I think Kitana has a tough time pinning a good Smoke down, and if he stays at range, it puts the onus on her to spend the match trying to get in, since her fans are risky at best. Not saying the numbers are definitely wrong, since I totally defer to your experience. Just trying to get things reexamined for quality.
I'd like to see that money match. Where can I find it?
I still believe Mileena beats KL 6-4. Remember, you have to assume in tiers both chars are playing perfect. Mileena's tools are more than enough to beat KL

I guess we also then as a community need to decide who's the top whatever for each char? For example, Michelangelo and Online Tony are obviously the best 2 kabals but what if they disagree on something?

I would imagine that it's not a terrible matchup for Baraka. He can play footsies just like Sub-Zero where he can do a blade dash on reaction to a smoke bomb which moves him forward away from the smoke bomb and hits Smoke. But getting and staying in that range is what would be very difficult for Baraka.
This is the kind of thing I was talking about. Looking at Smoke's numbers, he seems to be rated as though some online scrub were playing him. I really think he at least needs major reevaluation. Anyone know how to get ahold of Aris for a... um... consult?
While I do like Konqrr reasoning (he's a matchup expert from what i've seen, so I am hard-pressed to doubt his logic) i'm having that same feeling too. He should have more 7's than just Sheeva imo. And personally some 4's should really be 5's and vice versa.

Yep. Kitana, Mileena, and Kabal numbers are from him. Reptile's numbers are from me, Quan numbers are REO, Kitana's done by Konqrr, so on and so forth. Hopefully we can get guys like CD, CDjr, Trophy, Slips, etc, to comment on matchups (Unless they did at some point and we never punched in numbers).
