J360 Thanks a lot! I agree with you on the resets. But when your character has a tool such as that, you're not going to simply stop using it because someone thinks it's "cheap".

It's been apart of the game for months, it probably will be here for many more months. Someone asking me to remove my reset (when it is still in the game, if it gets nerfed it's a different story) would be like me telling Cage to stop using F3, or telling Kabal not to cancel, or telling Kenshi not to zone.

It's tools that a character has, people need to realise that their opinion is exactly that. THEIR opinion. You cannot force others to not use resets simply because you don't like them. The same goes for all people hating on Kabal.

If you think about, REO's best tool is Kabal. Why not use him? If you think he is so broken i encourage you to use and exploit him. I highly doubt most of us can play Kabal on that level, and if you can then all the more power to you.

U saw that particular match right? Smoke vs Kabal it came down to the last few hits thats why im saying it he might as well have lost...

Of course I saw the match....but it wasn't luck....even if SMOKE had won, he wouldn't have gotten lucky to beat REO. IMO, there is no luck in MK. The best player wins every time.

Oh yeah, one other thing. I keep hearing "Kabal" is broken, but the only "Kabal" that is "broken" is REO's...!!!!! Why is that? It's because he is the ONLY person that plays Kabal at the highest possible level. If Kabal is so broken, let's have CDjr, Maxter or some other amazing players pick Kabal and see if they can win a tourney.....I doubt it.

there is luck in every game, sport, everything that has random facts in it has luck, same as lottery, roulette and so on

there is a little luck in other games/sports, but the best player still pretty much wins every time. take billiards for example, is it possible to get a "lucky" shot once in a while? yes....but the best player is still going to win....same with Darts or Bowling.

I appreciate being the #1 most hated MK player with 98% of the crowd always rooting for me to lose / get blown up. It's been like this with me even before MKDC.

It doesn't bother me one bit. 90% of the people who say I'm all luck and no skill wouldn't even make it out of pools at majors anyway. They can money match me for any amount if they have something to prove.

Good stuff here. Four comments I'd like to make:

First of all, to the people complaining about Kabal:
Reo is right when saying that people should pick up and expose Kabal if they think he is overpowered (he said it best over here:

)
Kabal is in the game and not banned, so everybody (including Reo) has the right to pick him at the CS screen.
You think Kabal is cheap? Expose the character (like Reo is currently doing) so he will get patched/banned.


Second: I always cheer for the lower-tier characters (never for players).
In the Smoke-Kabal matchup at Toryuken, I was cheering for Smoke. In the Smoke-Jade matchup (xSmokex-NeoRussell) I was cheering for Jade.
My loyalty is not to the players, but to the tier-chart.


Third:
By defeating the online-warrior and denying the opening of the portal, Reo saved all of us in the offline community yet again from invasion by the Online-realm.


Fourth and last: When Reo feels that he is the #1 hated MK player, then we know something is wrong.
Men, I hope people now realize the importance of Tom Brady. His absence is unbalancing realms.
Hopefully people will now see that Tom Brady was heroically taking up all that hate for the sake of the MK community. He is in fact the modern day Jesus Christ.

I don't think it's you I think people just like to see the unexpected and cheer for the underdog. At this point for you nobody is looking at you like the underdog or isn't expecting you to pull off a win. People not being excited when you win is the price for it being such a frequent occurance. It's like the Patriots making the playoffs... we know it's going to happen.
