what should we be talking about tier list or top 5,10,20 whatever

IMO, this is the most accurate tier list so far. very hard to argue with. the biggest problem is that you have ppl that play certain characters like smoke, jax, freddy, etc who refuse to admit that they play a character in the top 5-8. Its like they feel like its an insult to say you win with a top character.

The only one I disagree with is SZ. I think he should be A tier. But hey, you play him, I don't. I too believe this to be the most accurate so far. Like I said, I would just bump SZ into A tier.

Seriously, great list man. This has got to be the best I've seen so far.

Yea, you got it wrong. Not everyone plays low tier characters because it's "cool and different." Not everyone is a hipster. You can't sit here and say, "I hate Kabal, but I play him strictly because I wanna win." I'm thinking you like Kabal and he turned out being pretty good? Some people don't have such luck.

I personally play who I play cause I like them and not for bragging rights, excuses for losing etc. you can lose with Kabal, Sonya, and Kenshi too.

My quest to annihilate the dash monsters is becoming harder and harder for me due to the fact that they are finding new ways to hurt the defender of America the all mighty JAX.If i am to lose to one of these dash monters in two tournaments straight i wont have a choice but to step down as the protector of america and join the dark side.May god have mercy on all your souls if i main kabal.#yolo #wgii

I will just make a tier list where I put 10 chars high, mid, and low so it is even and I guess simpler, in no order:
High- kabal, Kenshi, Lao, cage, smoke, sektor, Cyrax, reptile, jax, kitana
Mid- subzero, scorpion, noob, Freddy, Liu kang, quan chi, skarlet, rain, raiden
Low- jade, Kano, Baraka, sheeva, jade, CSz, sindel, nw, Stryker, Shang stung

i dont think kabal needs his own tier. just give him the first stop on A/S tier. supposedly mileena has very .little mad MU's, how come she is mid-tier to most?

LOL.. no.. i didnt say anything about cdjr and reo patch.

I'll say this, there are characters who are actually THAT good, and characters who seem better they they really are because the MU's that give them problems either arent common or the ppl that use those characters arent using them to the fullest yet.

JAX is a character i'm on the fence with. I think he is top 6-7 but while I think he has all the tools to not struggle in any MU, I can also see certain MUs where he could potentially struggle but the character isnt common or he players dont use them right yet. cdjr being the top JAX player probably knows JAX's weaknesses and the stuff he hates to deal with better then anyone, which is why he sees more bad MUs and issues with JAX then someone like me does.

Kenshi i am also on the fence with. OBVIOUSLY a sub-zero player, kitana, players, etc would see him as S+ lol but is he really? I can see several characters giving him a pretty hard time.

I'm starting to come around to REO's train of thought where Kabal is th eonly S+ in MK9,
