I have no damn idea where to put Quan Chi. Match up wise he's near the bottom. But he has that damn rune trap.

Dont listen or pay any attention to he Quan Chi MU charts lol. I think he sits nicely at B in your chart personally. Much better than the characters in C and D.

I agree except i would put kenshi in S tier and move scorpion to B tier.

Hmm possibly. I literally based this on match-up numbers and Stryker can go even with the cast but he never wins any matches (maybe 1 or 2) and then obviously he loses a few so he has a low number. Also I really don't think Kano is as bad as D tier but again...match-ups.

Yes. I think Raiden is a top tier character despite the nerfs. Don't really want to get into a huge debate now but I'll just say he has one of the best moves in the game, great whiff punisher, good damage, great turtle, cannot be zoned, creates crazy mind games thus giving him the advantage before the match even starts. Hard to play with at the highest level and that's ultimately the problem. He's still one of the best imo.

Freddy is SO CHEAP! People cry nerf about Kabal, Freddy is OP in a similar way but not as bad (iAGB/Ground Saws). Freddy Kreuger has projectiles that you blocked full screen will frame trap you, that is dumb. Makes it feel like a pre patched Kung Lao Low Hat except it having the same properties for you blocking it. Plus that Teleport makes Freddy feel like a better Kitana (Assing Away to zone full screen except Freddy has the capability to spam Ground Spikes, Low Crawling Claw and Glove Tossing where as Kitana can't do anything with her fans except for you jumping at her, duck low all day).

Why is Freddy even in this game? >.> .....Business = $$$

freddy has a big hit box, if you get hit by the spikes make sure you roll up or you'll get frame trapped, dash forward when you see a dream shit come from the sky. theres other info, freddy is good not OP.. i think i have played vs M2Daves freddy more then any other character..

IMO, this is the most accurate tier list so far. very hard to argue with. the biggest problem is that you have ppl that play certain characters like smoke, jax, freddy, etc who refuse to admit that they play a character in the top 5-8. Its like they feel like its an insult to say you win with a top character.

i dont call it the "reo and cd jr patch". there are ppl who's characters benefit from the patches and that is a fact. in no way did i ever insult you or CDjr. if kabal didnt benefit from the dash nerf then i am mistaken in thinking the patch helped the character. if jax didnt benefit from his almost 10 buffs then i am mistaken in thinking the patch helped him. if sonya getting armor on start up of her ex cartwheel now then i am mistaken in thinking a patch benefited her... etc etc...

no one but cd jr has done what he has done with jax. there are many kabals that are a pain in the ass but none of have done what you have done with the character. character facts about the characters should never be taken as a player insult.

The only way this small community is going to get an appropriate tier list is if all the top players for each character get together and pound out the matches. VSM alone can take care of a few mu's. Jax's, Sonya's, Smokes, Kabal. They could definitely figure out the numbers for 4 characters alone. Maybe at a large tournament like MLG or EVO a bunch of guys can get together and play it out.
