Hey TYM community. I've recently gotten back into MK and would love some decent players to level up against. I'm by no means great, but I'm trying. I play a bit of most of the cast, but have primarily only been playing Ermac and Jax as of late. I'm getting sick of the douche bags online who quit early or tea-bag you when they win. This shit didn't happen when these little bastards had to play me at the actual arcade. Haha.

Anyway, my XBL handle is John Grizzly. I've tried to reach out to some of the TYM members I've recognized online by their name, but some people are too good to even reply, I guess. Haha.

lol oh :p lucky you haha. Anywho, sure my GT is MKF30, it's fully now but I can add you once I get back on MK, the damn thing keeps freezing on me at the main menu :mad:

i play Smoke and im learning Sonya so i can give you guys that match up XP but im dead serious i hate having no one to play.

Yo, I need to spend more time losing to good players, I don't think ranked is leveling me up much (2050-1450). I always check for the TYM room but its rarely up, if anyone is willing to help me out with some pre EVO training go ahead and add me, Rotanadan, thnx.

The best way to train for EVO is to find out if there are any gatherings of players in your area and play them offline. The difference between the offline and online scene is very different and you'll learn a lot more playing offline.

Yea already working on scheduling a few sessions with the MN scene throughout the month and we have some decent guys, just figured I could try to get the most out of online as well.

There's plenty of people to play on Xbox that are solid, if you lack an offiline option like many of us do, your best bet is to try and develop good habits while online (it's possible), jump rarely, try to work on spacing etc.

If you can get to an offline scene or gathering, like Mosp suggested, I recommend that as your number one option though, good luck.

Just try not to develop bad online habits like jumping a lot and don't be afraid to go for anti-airs even if they fail 90% of the time because of the lag, it's a good habit at least.
