sorry for the saltiness but a baraka combo that once blocked goes into a D3 poke with instant recovery?! you cant tell me that makes sense. also it seems your internet improved today which is great cause last match with you had some outrageous problems.

I started the room lol. Pretty crazy bc I sat there for an hour by myself and only 2 other people joined and didn't want to play. I leave to go get something to eat and there's like 20 people. You gotta put a bunch of zero's so the room appears at the top of the list. So next time we make an FL room or even a TYM room, make sure we got the zeros!

I just checked out the signups for MK9 at CEO and out of 112 players a whopping 71 are from FL!!! This is great news for FL MK tournaments in the future

With those numbers it would be nice to see top 5 all from FL.

Yeah, with all the people from FL going, there might be a hidden gem among us who (like you said) could potentially make it to at least the top 5. I'm just looking forward for the chance to meet some of you guys and some of the bigger names in the fighting game community. It would be so cool to fight someone whos well know

Oh sweet, if i'm reading this right, I may have a chance to fight Gootecks hahah. From what i'm understanding he'll be in the same pool as i am. I'm so excited about this event haha

Good luck to the Jacksonvillains entering the tournament, especially for MK9. There are only like 3 or so that I saw entering. We need to level up as soon as you guys get back. KingRey, if you still have my number get at me so we can play.

All I gotta say is Florida really tropes hard this tourney. I got 9th overall and we got 2 players in top 8 ( which one eliminated wong, and one sent perfect legend to losers)

It was great getting to meet some of you guys today! Shoutouts to the guys that I saw: Krebs, Cuban Guy, Sega, DR (good to see you're still playing Noob) and King Rey! Shoutouts to my boy Isaac for putting up a great showing before being eliminated. Good stuff from you tonight and everyone else. Definitely looking forward to see how we all progress from here.

Hell yeah man! I knew Florida was gonna be able to bring the heat! Tom Brady even said that this was one of the toughest tournies he's ever gone to, and it showed. A lot of his matches went to the final match. And I$AAC bro good shit placing 9th man. I think u would've placed top 8 if it wasn't for you having to play Tom Brady and Chris G back to back.

Awesome meeting everyone though! Krebs, King Rey, I$AAC, VSC Sir Honor and Sir Hope, Mesmerize (your Sektor is gdlk), Noobde, JT Circus, Arc, SuperMnC
And everyone else from Florida, as well as the rest of the top players from all over the country. A lot of them are super nice guys and class acts. Mad props.

I had a lot of fun at CEO, i'm glad i decided to go. Got my ass kicked a lot, but at the same time, i learned so much. I feel like i'm a better player from the two days 1/2 i was there. It was awesome meeting you guys, and i hope to get some more matches in with everyone. I'm also glad to see the range characters that FL uses. Good stuff guys.

Yeah, CEO was amazing. I can't believe I was so close to top 8. A lot of regrets because of the VERY close matches against Banana Ken and PR Balrog. After putting PR Balrog into losers I thought I had a slight chance to get into Top 8. Then I barely lost against Banana Ken and ran into PR again where I barely lost to him too.

Lol, I think the highlight of the day for me was when PR just unplugged his controller and ragequit.

I now feel alot better about losing to chris g and Brady at CEO, especially since I was the one that sent chris g to losers. That dude can adapt!!

Not only that, I hope that we can get some people together for offline practice.. I met KingRey (really nice dude) and saw a bunch of other people. It was a great time and can't wait for next year!
