Jax/ermac unlimited meter glitch

Okay don't know if this has been addressed or even seen before, but I was playing ladder mode (pointless, I know) with ermac, and I was fighting jax. I did the tkp 4 straight times and 4 straight times jax did en dash punch and had full meter the whole time. Anyone shed some light?

AI have always breaked the rules, since MK2 I still remember how cheap AI used to be

AI always waiting for you to do something

AI having unlimited meter
AI changing strats on the last frame (meaning if you pratically do something they're suposed to block, you cancel on the last frame and they punish you lol)
AI recover faster on frame traps
