One thing I would change: Btter online. For instance, I land my d1 cross-ups 50% of the time online, and my AA's 80-85% online. Better online could make those percentages go up significantly. To d1 AA's to 85-90% and AA's 100% bar freak accidents. Not to mention is would make pressure, interrupting things, more execution heavy easier to use/pick up etc. etc. Better online please.

Kabal, the only character that has a massive effect on the rest of the cast by eliminating footsie games from everybody else.
