To put it simply, no. For the last time people winning a major does not mean a character is top 5. Example; Justin Wong won SCR in UMvC3 using Iron Fist, a character that he himself believes is low tier. Why did he win? Because hes friggen Justin Wong. Stop obsessing over whos top 5 or whos top 10 and start leveling up your game.

Well Sektor, Liu Kang, Shang, Ermac was all obvious jokes cuz their probably not even top 10 lol. Freddy question is valid. I completely can see why Morty asks the questions. Its not out of the realm of possibilty that Freddy is while the other characters obviously arent.

These characters are better than him: Kabal, Sonya, Kenshi, Cage, Kung Lao, Kitana (despite no armor).
Freddy Krueger is a solid Top 10 character and one of the Top 5 Best Zoners (Kabal, Kenshi, Sindel etc)
