This came out around the time MK9 was released. It was posted on all the forums and went viral. It ended up on GameFAQs and SRK etc.
Someone had the bright idea of sending him a GG message and told everyone else to. It caught on and a campaign was started to get everyone to send him a GG message.
Apparently he ended up getting thousands of GG messages and he couldn't use his Xbox because it froze every time he tried to go online with all the messages it was trying to download so he had to ditch the tag and get a new one.
