1man3letters Wins Mortal Kombat 9 Tournament in Ireland, SF4 Evo Qualifier

[STORMS]

Less than two weeks ago on April 14th, the Ireland Street Fighter community held an Evo qualifier in which the winner would go to Evo 2012 in Las Vegas. At this event other major titles such as Mortal Kombat and Marvel were also played, although unfortunately the prize of winning was not as great. Prizes for Mortal Kombat, Marvel, SFTxT were products by Hori, MadCatz and a PDP Mortal Kombat fightstick.

This was a huge tournament for Ireland and it had great success. 1man3letters , who is an established Baraka player made a nice dent in the competition by using the Tarkatans, Baraka and the deceptively beautiful Mileena. The Top 4 for Mortal Kombat was:

1. 1man3letters (Baraka/Mileena)
2. Kuro Tao (Liu Kang/Johnny Cage)
3. Deathrider (Kitana)
4. Jun dp (Jax/Liu Kang)

Grand Finals at 2hrs, 49mins

i near had the money saved up a few months ago but then had to take my former landlord to court because me and my girlfriend nearly died staying in the place from carbon monoxide,funds ran out pretty quick with that BS so no irish tarkatan this year sadly

thats the reason i kept coming 2nd and 3rd lol, playing raka vs kang, its very much a match in kangs favor for a numbers or reasons and was just sick of playing it in tournies
