• the mercenaries then compete, and the winning mercenary earns for their master a trip to CEO.

The mercenary gets nothing, and the "master" has that risk/reward factor of either losing money or winning a trip.

I think the mercenary should get like 20% or so and the buyer gets 80%, that way the mercenary will try even harder, since 20% or so is on the line for them, and 80% for the buyer.

It's cool, but it just hit me that the mercenaries basically are not allowed to take part in a free trip to CEO.
