Hello all! We will be back with another "Down Four Cast" next coming Wednesday! Just like our previous casts we will be discussing several topics and have several members of the fighting game community/Mortal Kombat community. These need to be recorded to mp3 or something. I missed part of episode 2 and the whole episode 3, and can't watch the replays on the twitch channel. Usually I'm busy during the time it's on. We need archives! :confused:

questions:

How likely is it that Evo top 8 this year will either only include REO from last year or have no overlap at all from last top 8?

If future MLG and Evo and other majors continue to have top 8 mainly as VSM will MK stagnate?

We are almost exactly one year into the game and almost 6 months since last patch. Is the game better left be at this point? (not talking bug fixes, purely character buffs/nurfs)

Will the world end on 12-21-12? Follow up question if you say yes to this, can you promise to give me all your money on 12-22-12, since the world is over it won't matter right?

You guys should upload your archives to YouTube and then upload the episode here. Also, getting skype pro so everyone can be seen wouldn't be such a bad idea either. It's only like $8 a month.

I have a question. Well, two parts to my question I guess.

1. Forever King, Curbolicious and G8tOne(The guy who was at Final Round and had that match with Tom Brady in losers) are top online players who have now been to offline tournaments and have shown that they don't depend on lag tactics to win. I sit time the offline community start taking the online players who have obviously stuck with the game more seriously?

And part 2 to the question -->

Should the good showing of these three players in offline tournaments encourage other online warriors who have stuck with the game this long to get out to offline tournaments when the opportunity rises?

1. REO:
- Have you thought about going into the streaming business, if yes, what is preventing you from it (not enough budget, showing your strats online?)
- Who are your regular sparring partners online/offline (can be asked to whole cast members)
- Who do you like / dislike playing against online? explain why (can be asked to whole cast members)
- Which chars do you like / dislike playing against online? explain why (can be asked to whole cast members)

2. Detroit:
- do you practice every character BnB since you main Tsung or do you just rely or special moves once you soul steal?
- How do you feel about your latest performance with Tsung?
- Who do you feel more comfortable with, Tsung or Kabal?
- Are you also going to apply the 3 char team w/ counter pick method? (can be asked to whole cast members)

3. Wonder Chef - how did you get the nick Wonder Chef?

im tried of people saying denzil is better than toms sub. tom has done way more in tournaments then denzil has. he has placed way higher at tournaments. i want new info for sub to be on the boards but its impossible because all of you keep hating on tom and driving him off. what kind of coomunity is this? shame on all of you

please discuss if this is write or wrong for the community to do

Denzell has consistently been top 3 in the tournaments he's entered, with the exception of Evo where he only got 5th.
