ATLMK Level Up Casual Stream this Wednesday 7:00pm est /w Segments on Anti Sonya, Reptile, Jax, etc

[Pig Of The Hut]

First and formost we will be commentating and having casuals with a lot of Atl's players

Then we will have educational segments to help level up and get the community on same page.

Also a follow up to last week's segments.

We will record and upload to TYM these segments

Last week's was a success so everytime we get together we want to spend some time doing educational segments.

This week we will take a look at tactics to use against Sonya, Jax, Reptile and some others we decide.

Also taken requests or questions such as "How do i punish Mileena teleport with ______"

Actually i think that'd be a great segment as well

Also we will have a Segment dealing with Interrupting Strings

The cartwheel is the only thing I don't mind at all, as long as I have an 8 Frame or less move/normal/block string.

Its when smart Sonyas that don't cartwheel unless its in a combo start doing only MS F1's, and Sweeps, thats when shes a problem

Yea, but characters without armour are fucked most of the time.

That won't become an issue if you shorten or mix-up the strings off of which you cancel into Military Stance.

The more I played as Sonya, the more I came to realize how much I relied on the 1 1 4 string before going into the stance. Any Sonya who does that will get blown up quite convincingly. Mind games are fucking important, playing auto-pilot with anybody only hurts your performance level.

This is truly wonderful, nice to see these educational segments, this will only help us all, even if it's a character we use that is getting their weaknesses broken down, we'll be able to improve our games as well as people who struggle in these match ups, a really marvelous idea.

Guys Do you have any ideas for things we should go over?

Mileena punishes?

Jax punishes?

Etc etc? I wanna make sure we cover things that are highly needed. Some things may be known but not widely known or used.

I wanna make sure our segments are helpful and informative

But am i correct that no matter what string you use it MS can be interrupted correct?

You're just saying that its harder if you do 1 1 MS then 1 ms then 1 1 4 ms?

Yeah, that is what I am saying.

Even tougher if they cancel into a Stance off a low poke, particularly if the poke hits.

I want the characters like sheeva and kenshi to know they have options and I want the raiden and lao players to push us beyond belief to use them correctly

I want the highest level of execution and gameplay out there for our community and game

maybe show off a jump kick vr a deep jump kick on block
also how to keep some one in the corner with footsies, and may be just some proper footsies techniqus
also how to answer to tricky moves like Kit's d1
also the safty of hitting someone at full range oppose to up close
and air grabs to specials that take you off the ground
also show off raidens big dumb hit box to expose him more
