This is has been pretty disappointing, to say the least. I've seen nothing but commercials and talking. I watched MK from start to finish yesterday and saw maybe....8 matches or something? At least I'm well aware that Star Wars game is coming out and that the Gilette Flex razor is good at shaving. Oh...and all the DubStep robot rape music is there to get me through it.

IDK why he switched to Cyrax but hey, he did what he could with Mileena. Now he's back to Kabal, and we'll see what PL is made of when he tries to fight for the shaolin again. That being if REO and PL ever meet up in a fight.

yep, if PL chooses Kabal against Reo's Kabal, chances are PL gonna lose, cause :

- Kabal is Reo's main, so, he is the best in the world with him.

- Plus the fact Reo is very used to play against Kabal mirror match, so, he has lots of experience, and already played Detroit's Kabal before, at least twice in tourneys, what, for him, is a god damn training session :D

If PL chooses Kung Lao, Reo is aware about KL nerfs, and so, he will not fall for that frame trap with low hat, plus KL's spin nerf is disadvantage against Reo's insane Kabal gameplay ....

I think Raiden is the best PL's choose, if he picks him, will be a really hard match for Reo to keep up with

PL doesn't play Kabal as a serious main.

Yeah, think about that for a second. He bodied one of VSM's better players 3-0, in a MU Reo calls 5-5, with a character he plays for fun.

You don't have to like Carl as a man but you must respect him as a player. After today you may have to respect him as a champion.

Get hype. :cool:

Of note: NOT ALL of Top 8 Soul Calibur V is being streamed. Not sure why that is, but be warned about MK. (They're streaming all of winners, but they didn't stream the first two matches of losers' top 8)

EDIT: They have cut down on commercials/dead-time by a lot though.

This is ridiculous... but keep forgiving them, they shit on FGC since forever.

doesnt work for me, as soon as i click the progress bar I get sent to the beginning of the broadcast... no dragging possible

So to my knowledge, PL has beaten Dizzy, Slips, 16Bit, J360, Riu48, and yet people are still doubting he can beat CDjr? He sure as hell isn't a fraud and has gained my respect for those wins alone.

Secondly, the MLG stream isn't that bad. I think if they were to stream 2 matches before going to a commercial it would make a huge difference.

In the interest of fairness over twitter, Art continues to assure us that every T16 match will be streamed. I think he'll try, but I suspect a few losers' matches will fall through the cracks due to time constraints.

And dude, stop being so ridiculously negative - they're not shitting on the FGC by giving out a ton of money to MK Players. And they do appear to be getting better with very little dead time (still ads, but you should expect that) in the SCV Top 8.

Soul Calibur is on pace to finish probably ahead of schedule unless there's a 6-5 Grand Finals. The French Player Keev is annhilating everyone. So that's good for MK screentime.
